Workplace Violence Prevention & Response

Employees expect and deserves to work in a violence-free environment. Yet the workplace is often a dangerous place. Homicides, assaults, harassment, and threatening and abusive behavior is all too common in the workplace. Sometimes these problems are the result of people with no connection to the workplace such as robbery. Sometimes violence erupts due to an angry customer or client. Often however, the source of the problem is a disgruntled current or former employee. To be a productive member of any workforce, employees must feel safe. Ron’s presentations on workplace violence help managers, supervisors and employees understand the risks, and prepares them to address those problems to minimize the risks for all employees.
